Students will be instructed in Luca Belcastro's Method for Shared Creative Processes, applied to Musical Composition, consisting of three main steps. The method emphasizes the interaction between personal imaginative inner spaces and technical realization in artistic creation. Through deep exploration, narrative elaboration, and choice of techniques (rhythmic structures, permutations, combinations, instrumental extended techniques) the process is systematically refined for the creation of the musical score. Each seminar will be dedicated to each part of the method; the last seminar will comprise an online exchange with other composition students who have applied it.
